Jumeirah Golf Estates
One of the most luxurious areas of Dubai, Jumeirah Golf Estates is not only a residence for golf lovers and quiet relaxation, but also a magnificent green space away from tourists, where you can devote time to family and a measured lifestyle.
Located south of JVC and Dubai Sports City and north of Dubai Investments Park, the area is partially built up: 1,500 villas, townhouses and apartments have already found their owners. New residential blocks and landscaping facilities are being built in 16 communities within Jumeirah Golf Estates, attracting both future owners and investors from around the world.
Attractions
Golf courses «Earth» and «Fire». The two 18-hole golf courses are not interconnected and represent an amazing opportunity for recreation and sports for residents and visitors of the area. The DP World Tour Championship Golf tournament takes place here.
Dubai Sports City. Adjacent to Jumeirah Golf Estates is a sports complex with an international stadium, football, cricket and basketball courts, a sports academy and gyms.
Dubai Circuit. Karting, racing and championships are just a 20–minute drive from Jumeirah Golf Estates in the area Motor City.
Infrastructure and amenities for life
The Fairway Mall in the Jumeirah Golf Estates area has its own medical center, pharmacy, restaurant, cafe, pet store and beauty salon.
The nearest kindergarten, school and hospital can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
Since the area is located in the depths of Dubai, it will take a little longer to get to the beach, for example JBR Beach, about 38 minutes. Fortunately, many villas and townhouses in Jumeirah Golf Estates are equipped with their own pools.
Development of residential complexes and real estate
The area is built up by 50%, and its construction is actively continuing. The residential complex Alandalus Apartments is currently under construction, which will be penetrated by 5 artificial lakes and the flora of the Spanish south.
There are 715 spacious apartments and 95 townhouses for sale, complemented by a clubhouse, a shared fitness center and restaurants.
Transport accessibility
The Jumeirah Golf Estates Metro Station 2 is connected to the area from the west side, thanks to which you can quickly get to Dubai Marina or Dubai Airport.
It is even more comfortable to travel by car: it will take you 25 minutes to get to the Dubai seaport, 22 minutes to the Mall of the Emirates and 35 minutes to the Dubai Mall.
Opportunities for the investors
The Jumeirah Golf Estates area is being built up by the developer of the same name and the OCTA Properties company, which is part of RKM Durar Group. This year, the latter are putting into operation a residential complex Jasmine Lane, which consists of townhouses with 3-4 bedrooms ranging from 204 sq. m.
